CAPtech, Inc. Awarded BHU Contract from DART of Dallas Texas, Dec. 2008:

CAPtech, Inc. has been awarded a contract with Dallas Area Rapid Transit, DART, www.dart.org, of Dallas Texas. The contract is to rebuild approximately 200 Bill Handling Units (BHUs) and associated equipment. The rebuild requires complete disassembly of the BHUs, replacement of worn parts, reassembly and full testing of the units as prescribed by MEI/Sodeco. CAPtech, Inc. will be using the services of Davis Freight Mgmt. of Buffalo, NY to provide the transportation of the BHUs from and to DART. For more information contact CAPtech, Inc.
CAPtech, Inc. Awarded BHU Maintenance Contract from Maryland MTA, Nov. 2008:

The Maryland MTA has awarded a 5 year contract to CAPtech, Inc. to maintain their Banknote Handling Systems (BHUs). The scope of work will entail the complete overhaul of the BHUs which comprises of disassembly, replacement of worn parts, reassembly and full testing. The total amount of BHUs to be overhauled is set at 600 units over the 5 year period. Contact CAPtech, Inc. for more information regarding this contract or service provided.
CAPtech, Inc. awarded 27 month contract from New York City Transit, Aug 2008

In a competitive bid process CAPtech, Inc. was awarded a 27 month contract to supply parts to New York City Transit (NYCT) for their MetroCard Ticket Machines (MVMs). The 27 month Master Purchase Order contract will comprise of quantity releases to the Master Purchase Order which CAPtech must fill within a specified time. CAPtech, Inc. has had past experience in these types of Master Purchase Order contracts with NYCT and sees no problem fulfilling its obligation and is looking forward to its continued relationship with the NYCT.
CAPtech, Inc. To Complete AFC Equipment Install, June 2008:

CAPtech, Inc. has been contracted by Indra Sistemas of Spain, www.indra.es, to complete the Fare Collection Equipment installation for the MetroLink in St. Louis. The equipment comprises of Ticket Vending Machines, Ticket Validators and associated equipment. CAPtech, Inc. has been in a supporting role of the operation of the AFC System for Indra since its inception and will add the equipment installation to its duties in St. Louis
CAPtech, Inc. contracted by ACS, January 2008:

CAPtech, Inc. announced that it will be working with ACS of Somerset NJ, www.acs-inc.com, to assist in the overhaul of approximately 300 MEI/Sodeco Banknote Handling Systems as part of the system upgrade being performed by ACS for New Jersey Transit. The work consists of a complete disassemble of the BNA units, part replacement and cleaning.
CAPtech, Inc. and Indra Sistemas Team Again, November 2007:

CAPtech, Inc. announced that it will be teaming with Indra Sistemes www.indra.es, of Spain again. CAPtech has been asked to participate in the Austin, TX project scheduled to start in August 2008. CAPtech, Inc's roll will be technical support and maintenance.

CAPtech, Inc. Ready for Project, St. Louis, August 2006:

CAPtech, Inc. announced that "it's ready for the project". St. Louis, MetroLink is ready for the Automatic Fare Collect (AFC) equipment to be installed this month on the new "Cross County Extension Project".

CAPtech Inc.'s roll is several fold including Installation Management, Pre-Revenue Testing and Providing
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for the Warranty Period as well as training the MetroLink personnel.

CAPtech, Inc. technicians have been working side-by-side with the technical team from Indra Systems, the manufacturer of the AFC equipment. Once the Cross County projectis up and running CAPtech will continue it's support roll for Indra during the replacement of the "Phase 1" AFC equipment which is now 10 years old.
CAPtech, Inc. gets updated contract from New York City Transit, July '06:

CAPtech, Inc. announced today that New York City Transit (NYCT) has revised the current MEI/Sodeco
Banknote Handling Systems (BHU) parts purchase contract awarded to CAPtech in Janurary of this year.

The contract calls for CAPtech, Inc. to supply parts for the more then 1650 BHUs in service through 2007.
NYCT has increased the contract value to $1,250,000.00.
CAPtech, Inc. becomes Authorized Distributor, February 2006:

CAPtech, Inc. is now an Authorized Distributor for the "waffletechnology" cleaning cards for the MEI/Sodeco Banknote Handling Systems and universal card reader systems. For more information regarding

CAPtech, Inc. wins 2 year contract, January 2006:

CAPtech, Inc. was recently awarded a 2 year contract with New York City Transit, one of the largest transit agencies in the USA .

The newly awarded contract is for CAPtech, Inc. to provide spare and replacement parts to NYCT for their more then 1650 MEI/Sodeco Bill Handling Units that are in revenue service.
